You have probably heard that attraction is an introduction, or a factor leading towards a relationship. In all probability, at least in the beginning. Attraction by itself cannot make a relationship work. It is that attraction that makes you notice the person of the opposite sex. Once you get to know the person more, attraction is just one factor. Shared values, dreams, and passions become more important in long-term relationships.
