You can not manifest your desires if after your visualization sessions you return to a negative stream of thought. Positive thoughts are vastly more powerful than negative thoughts, but if your predominant pattern of thinking is negative, the positive thoughts will be drowned out. Focus on taking a more positive, expectant approach to your life.
